Sold my second poster to UK, I made the order Monday morning poster only but today Wednesday still showing in production? Thought it was 0-1 day process time. The issue I have is I need to mark it as dispatch today but have no tracking no? Any ideas what to do shall I mark it as dispatched?

It’s in the paid orders how will I know when it’s done I notice on the order a box that says “mark order as complete “ do I say yes? It’s through Etsy and needs to be shipped tomorrow and I have another one to upload. So is it once I upload the poster and pay what do I need to do then,

Finally got my first sale, really happy just don’t understand the billing of it. 12”X16” sold for £19.99. Fees were £7.05, thought fees would be around 20%? Can anyone explain what all this is and is it the norm that Etsy charges

I have 56 posters on my shop 6 weeks on Etsy and no sales. I haven’t stuck to one niche, is this an issue with Etsy when it comes to ranking? Should I start sticking to one niche? What are your views? When you walk into a high street shop it doesn’t only sell one particular niche🤷‍♂️ Also what category do you use, I’m using home&decor and down to wall hangings so that’s 4. Should I change this?

I have a video mockup I’d like to use for my listings, but I think it only works with the paid version of Photoshop. Does anyone know of another platform where I can use video mockups and insert my images? Or is Photoshop the only real option for this?
