Hey all. I'm new to the industry, just became licensed in California, serving Santa Clarita. I closed my first transaction as buyer agent within the last 90 days (back in Sarasota, FL where I moved from. I'm also licensed in Florida). Looking forward to implementing the teachings here to grow my business and get my first listing.
