Joining the team has been a big step in a long journey I’ve had over the last 2 years. It’s helped me refocus and find the discipline that I’d lost after taking unwell in 2024. I’ve enjoyed every minute of the process (including the shite days on hindsight). And I can’t wait to see how far this will take me as I creep closer to my strength and fitness goals 💪
