Hello Everyone 🙌 My name is Martin and I am currently located between Quezon City and Marilao, Bulacan. I have a multi-faceted background ranging from Corporate, Entrepreneurship and Consultancy and I have worked in different industries such as Information Technology, Health Care, Restaurants and Hotels, Food Processing, Triple A Construction and now Banking and Finance . I have been building my career for 20 years and still counting. I am currently holding an operations leadership position with an International Bank that is also based here in the Philippines and I engage in everyday banking services. When I am not doing my role, I am involved in our AI Ambassador Program with the bank and I immerse myself with everything Agentic AI, MCP, ML, AIG and Now Automation. I have been building my own company in concept since 2021 and I have been learning the ropes since then, joined developer bootcamps (Web Development Full-Stack), data science internships (Crisp ML{Q}, SQL and Python), and earned most of my knowledge remotely. (LinkedIn Learning, Google Learning, Microsoft Learn) and onsite with Asian Institute of Management all under scholarship. This year, I am pushing myself further and here are the goals I am challenging myself for the next 6 - 12 months. I am now putting this here so I can be convicted in following this: 1. Have working knowledge and confidence in building AI Automation Systems 2. Gain Industry knowledge and join remote internships to build my Portfolio 3. Transition from Fixed employee to Independent Consultant within my current firm. 4. Plan and Establish my own OPC / LLC and become Founder and CEO by 2027.  By sharing this to our community, I am unlearning most of what is inside my cup, and now I offer to build together the drive and purpose of why we are all here for.
