Pronunciation and Stress Challenge
Sorry, I know it's late, but I didn't want to miss it. In this voice message, I talk about the pronunciation habits I want to improve in English, like word stress and speaking rhythm, which we learned in the master class, and I also explain what I plan to do this week to practice them

Is forced diversity a step toward fairness or a step away from merit?
From my perspective, this is a difficult and controversial topic because I understand both sides, I think forced diversity can help people who were left out for years, because it can level the playing field and I also think companies should look qualifications and skills beacuse merit is really important, it includes many years of study or experience, on the other hand there are companies that use quotas to create more diversity but some people think this is unfair because it looks performative like companies want to tick a box. Maybe the solution is a balance between diversity and merit. What do you think is the best way to make this process fair? #WOFdebate

Hi dear Liss! Thanks for sharing, and sorry for taking so long to correct this 🙏 Here are your corrections: 1. I understand both sides, I think → I understand both sides. I think ✅ Correct: I understand both sides. I think... Explanation: This is a run-on sentence. Split it into two sentences. ✔ I understand both sides. I think... ❌ I understand both sides, I think... 2. companies should look qualifications and skills → companies should look at qualifications and skills ✅ Correct: companies should look at qualifications and skills Explanation: The verb look requires the preposition at. ✔ look at qualifications and skills ❌ look qualifications and skills 3. beacuse → because ✅ Correct: because Explanation: Spelling correction. ✔ because ❌ beacuse 4. it looks performative like companies want to tick a box → it seems performative, as if companies just want to tick a box ✅ Correct: it seems performative, as if companies just want to tick a box. Explanation: As if is the natural connector here. ✔ as if companies just want to tick a box ❌ like companies want to tick a box
