Thinking is always about the future or the past. Feeling is always about the now. You cannot feel what’s in the future. Sure you can feel what you’ve felt before when reliving a memory or you can feel a certain way about a future event, but you’re feeling now. You can also think about now, but it will only keep you at a distance from the present moment. Give it a try. What can you think up about your present moment. It’s all projection of your mind on the moment, it’s not the actual experience you’re describing. Or you’re listing experiences (feeling), which is good, you’re entering the now! Why is this important? In 2018 I found out about goal setting. I learned that when you set goals, you’re probably going to reach them. So I started changing my life, quite fast. I figured the most important areas of my life were wealth, health and happiness. So I started setting goals around those aspects. Examples were Wealth: I’ll earn €100K gross per year before 31/12/2019 Health: I’ll to weigh 75 kilograms with a fat percentage of 15% Happiness: I’ll journal about 5 things I’m grateful for every day of 2018 And for mysterious reasons most of my goals became reality, usually on time or a little bit later. In 2020 for example I had a health goal that was very challenging. I said I was going to work out 5 times a week, and weigh 75 kg with a 12% fat percentage. Challenging because I like food and even though I like working out I also enjoy not working out. I usually set my goals late December for the year to come. It was already March and I had hardly been working out, if anything I gained weight and my fat percentage went up. But then something big happened to support this goal, COVID-19. My gym closed and all I had was a playground close by that also had some bars that could be used for calisthenics. I made a new friend that was already doing calisthenics and within months I reached my goal and beyond. I was able to do over 20 pull-ups, 10 muscle-ups, human flags and a lot of other cool stuff. I felt great and strong.

Love the story, thanks for sharing. On a similar path, from thinking to feeling and what it basically comes down to for me is re-connecting with truth i.e. finding unconditional happiness. In Short: My Quest (Conciously) started over a decade ago. Late teens, was depressed/overweight/bad acne Felt like I was in the wrong body/wanted to just be happy. Started to physically transform, from fat to musclular/fit. Thought I'd make me happy. Didn't work. Continued the journey reading and studying psychology and NLP like crazy. Thought that had to work. It had to make me happy - It didn't. Continued the journey studying spirituality. Started meditating, reading and watching stuff like the Bhagavad Gita, Eckart Tolle, Adyashanti, Maharaji, etc. The whole non dual experience. Now this is where it got interesting. This definitely shifted something inside of me and I started to experience a lightness/wakefullness I only remember experiencing as a child. This led me to dig deeper into my experience and slowly but surely starting to move from a truth seeker to a truth walker. Went extra hard on meditation and self inquiry. Discovered the software i had been running on for two decades. A lot of limiting beliefs surfaced, nervous system overload, much emotion and discharge for the coming year (2025) during meditation. Fast forward to now. Feeling much lighter, mind no longer has a grip on me like it used to and the nervous system is starting to catch up. Really find myself enjoying simple activities and basically just the passage of time more and more. Current interest is focussed on manifestation & body focussed work a.k.a. feeling. Making noticable steps in that are which is a delight to witness. Especially how it affects your environment, I find. Looking forward to connect with my boy @Judah van Wees on a deeper level and with anyone else on this community. Have a great start of the year!

Hi founding members! I’m really grateful and excited that you’re all here. You’re a group I’ve shared my vision with: feeling and growing rich. You’re all excellent thinkers and high performers. The world sees you and thinks: you have a perfect life. We know; there’s a dimension we’re not giving enough attention to. So that’s why we’re here together in this community. Giving more attention to what you feel, will drastically change your life. It has been changing mine for the last 6 years and continues to be the most exciting dimension of my life. So small update, as you’re now in an empty community: I’m working on a 21 day transformation, where we’ll commit to 5 minutes per day to gradually make the shift from head to body. Doing to being. Thinking to feeling. It’ll probably be the best thing you do for yourself in 2026. You’re founding members, giving you free lifetime access. In return I only ask you to feel & grow rich with me. @Judah van Wees basically it teaches you how to access healthier and higher States of mind, also know as Alpha or Theta States, within seconds using Number sequences. You practice full body relaxation and anchor that altered State in symbols.
