Each language has it's own universe of understanding and wording, there are many terminologies and experiences that we as humans carry that many times our language is not able to reflect based on it, this is because while our experiences are partly because of a biological principle, language is a human-made tool that we require in order to communicate with each other contrary to how animals do it naturally. In this case, there are words in spanish for example that cannot be directly translated to english🍷🥘 Take the word Sobremesa In English, we eat, we pay, we leave. But Sobremesa is that magical hour after the meal is finished where the food is gone but the conversation keeps flowing. It’s the art of staying at the table just to enjoy the people you’re with It's present in Spanish culture in general but also in many Latin-American and Eastern European households

This video is an introduction to Multilinguism and to the community behind it. This time I fixed the microphone 😁 It’s for people who understand more than they speak, who speak but feel blocked, insecure, or ashamed of making mistakes. Here, language learning is not about perfection or pressure. It’s about confidence, real communication, and feeling safe enough to use your voice. We work with Spanish, English, Italian, and more—but the focus is not the language itself. It’s how you experience yourself while speaking it. If you’ve studied languages before and still feel stuck, or if you’re tired of traditional methods that don’t work for you, this space was created with you in mind. This is not a course about sounding perfect. it's a place to start speaking—at your own pace, in your own way.

A couple not-so-random facts about Spanish and our first live video call :) What is a fact about Spanish that you liked the most!?

I've decided to focus solely in Spanish for English speakers as Multilinguist as a whole is a very complex concept to teach others while also community building. Hope everyone feels good with this choice! either way the space for debating languages as a whole will always be there.
