For my Thursday and Friday sessions leading up to the equinox and of the tail end of Pisces szn, I will explore the topic of modern mysticism and applied magic in the context of Kundalini Yoga and embodiment. Mysticism isn’t a concept, it’s lived experience. It comes through the few who’ve actually touched the Infinite, and when you meet that caliber of person you feel it: they’re “original.” Not a copy, not performing spirituality; direct contact, daily communion with the Inner Fact of things. Their presence has a lightning quality: it ignites what’s true in you. A saint knows every moment is a moment of choice, light or darkness, the temporary or the eternal, personal will or the Will of God. And “Guru” isn’t just a person. Guru is “Shabad,” the Word, and the disciple is simply the continuity of attention. The real teacher becomes an inner voice, a living movement of God in the depths of your being. Real religion isn’t more prayers or better rituals. It’s the silent hours of self-communion that cleanse thought, purify emotion, and grow the seed of spirit so your life doesn’t just transcend… it transforms. And true worship shows up as service to suffering humanity. That’s the mystic: inward, disciplined, luminous; liberated in the innermost depths, connected directly to the surrounding life of God. Not comparative. Creative. A life that makes the world brighter, bountiful, and beautiful.
