Ares algo had a bad day today.
Well today just wasn't its day. Got stopped on on all the trades it took. Yesterday it took 2 trades around 2pm CST and gave most of the profits for the day back to the market lol. Guess we will see what tomorrow holds.

ALGO strat
Is it best to just turn on the ALGO the night before and let it go on its own the next day? It seems like some folks are turning it on/off depending on market conditions….

Leave it running 24/7 unless you need to stop it for some reason. Each Algo will operate in a specific time window only anyway. I stopped mine earlier until the trading window passed because it was making to much money for my consistency rule with my 50k Lucid evaluation.

Day 2 with Kyles automation software
Very interesting day today. At first we went down -$562 which erased yesterdays gains and then some but it made a huge comeback and not only made those gains back but was making so much money I HAD TO TURN IT OFF LOL! (Consistency rule). The Ares algo is a amazing algo. Just have to be able to stomach the drawdown and understand not every trade will be a winner. 7 trades total. 5 winners and 2 losers.

@Tim Gruber Its one of the reasons I chose Ares. I trade MES, MNQ and MGC and I love being on the lower timeframes for my entries etc. So it just resonated with me more then the others so I chose it win or lose, for better or for worse lol. Just make sure your daily loss and profit target are set based on your prop firm rules and make sure the average winning trade is not too high. It took 7 trades today and could have took more if I didn't turn it off. If those trades are too high you risk blowing your account during a losing streak. Mine are set at 250 avg. and 500 max with profit factor set to 1 and daily loss limit set to 1000 and max daily profit set to 1000. Be warned that it will not win every trade you will have some losses but hopefully you will win more then you lose. (I did change the avg. trade size to 200 after todays experience just to take a little risk off the table).

@Tim Gruber I have a 100k PA with them. I prefer Lucid for various reasons and gold was the main one. Plus no activation fees and way better policies and rules. Also on Lucid flex accounts you only have a consistency rule during the evaluation but not once your funded and the payouts are way faster then Apex. Also no time limit on the evaluation. You can also get moved to Live after 5 successful payouts. It's a really good firm in my opinion. Have a lot of friends using them and getting payouts from them. Also there is no profit buffer you have to reach before payout eligibility. Just need to have $1 in profit or more and 5 trading days of at least $150 for the 50k account

Great first day using Kyles automated strategies!
The Ares strategy made two trades. One for MES and MGC. Perfect 2 out of 2. Impressive indeed. Using it with my 50k Lucid flex prop account eval.
