@Kiyan Behinfar , great progress! It's really nice to see that with every speech, you're improving on what you did last time. I can see improvement in your volume and you're using more hand gestures, which is great! You also reached the 1-minute mark! A couple of small things to work on: Structure: Try writing down a few keywords for each of the 4 steps of PREP before recording. I noticed you gave multiple reasons and even added another reason in your conclusion. Having those keywords will help you organize your thoughts and make your speech clearer. Repetition: Try not to repeat the same idea too many times. For example, you mentioned a couple of times that you prefer practical gifts over fun gifts. Say it once, explain why, give an example, and then bring it back to your main point. Overall, great improvement!

Hey @Pankaj Singh , great improvement! Your structure is much clearer, which helps you get your ideas across more effectively. I can also see improvement in your volume and facial expressions. Great job! One small thing to improve is your conclusion. It was a bit unclear, so try using "That is why I believe..." to bring everything back to your main point. If you want to challenge yourself a bit more, try recording two versions of the same speech. Once you're comfortable with your answer and structure, start experimenting with other skills like pace variety. See where you can speed up to show more enthusiasm and where you can slow down to emphasize what you want your audience to remember. Keep it up! You're making great progress! 🔥

What if your dreams could be recorded and replayed, would you watch them?

@Kiyan Behinfar This is better! Your volume is slightly higher than yesterday. Great job! You had a good reason and personal example. One thing to improve is to start with your point. You could say: I believe that if my dreams could be recorded, I would want to watch them and the reason for that is because rewatching my dreams would help me understand my subconscious mind better. For example ... If you want to challenge yourself a bit more, try expanding on your reason and personal example in your next speech to reach the 1-minute mark. Also, try using your hand gestures and facial expressions a bit more to complement what you're saying and make your speech more dynamic. Keep it up! You're improving with every speech! 🔥

Great first speech, @Kiyan Behinfar ! You followed the PREP framework well, which gave your speech a clear structure. Keep practicing it so it starts to feel more natural. For this first week, structure is the main focus. If you want to challenge yourself a little more, try standing up and projecting your voice a bit louder. Your voice is connected to your body, so adding more volume can help bring more energy into your facial expressions and hand gestures, making your delivery more dynamic. Overall, nice speech! 👏

Hi @Pankaj Singh , I noticed an improvement in your volume. You’re speaking louder and clearer. Great job! Your pauses are also helping you avoid filler words. Your point was clear: focus on one habit at a time instead of trying to build several at once. You went straight to your personal example and skipped the reason. You could have said: “Focusing on one habit makes it easier to stay consistent and see results.” For your next speech, try experimenting with pace variety. Speed up to show enthusiasm, and slow down for the points you want us to remember.
