Good evening! So I recently disputed my past car loan account that was charged off ONE day before I made my last & final payment to make my car loan paid off. I disputed through CFPB and this was their response, (attached below) I also sent in letter to them including the consumer laws. Should I do another dispute through FTC & a 2nd one through CFPB? & another round of letters? What should be my next steps to removing the “charged off account” remark off of my report. Also what does it mean when they report “profit and loss” and does that negatively impact the score was well?

I ended up getting some things removed from my report in two days which made my Experian score shoot up to a 704. I'm still being patient while I raise the others and build out this report so I can move onto the business side of this stuff. HARD WORK PAYS OFF!!!

Hi everyone 👋🏽 I have a question!? I started off two months ago with a 502, 567, and a 499 credit scores. Two months later I'm at a 718, 723, and a 736. I have gotten mostly everything deleted from my credit report except for 3 collections (Transfinancial hospital bills), (Equifax won't remove the 12 hard inquiries. I've tried everything 🤦🏽‍♀️) and I added 6 tradeline accounts but for some reason these 3 collection accounts keep coming back updated and verified. Someone please tell me what am I doing wrong? I've sent over letters after letters and I've opt -out and frozen all secondary bureaus. I have also made multiple complaints with the cfpb and FTC. Nothing still🤦🏽‍♀️
