While working 10 hours a day, 24 days in a row, living out of a hotel with sketchy wi-fi 😂☠️ Thank you @Patrice Moore!!

I’m similarly constrained. 10-12 hours a day and in five different cities in 7 days. No time for family, friends or rest! I’m going to film impromptu too. Thanks Mark

It’s not too late to take advantage of the most exciting time of the year. But be careful 👀 This is where you make money moves. And it's where a lot of people spend money on regrettable things. It could be the best time of the year for you though. Stay with me here…. It’s not just because Christmas is right around the corner (as much as I love an excuse to drink hot chocolate while I write my copy) Or because of the fact that the best online businesses are experiencing their most profitable months rn…. Why is this potentially the best time of the year for you to ramp things up? Well, it’s the same reason I launched Playbooks a month ago. The pace you set right now determines the trajectory of 2026. It’s NOT just about making December your record month. (even though I do plan to do that) Now is when you write the RULES for how big you can take things in 2026. And while I don’t know you…. But I started this community to make growing on Skool predictable. And I'm guessing you're here to see if I can really make that happen. To simplify the system that only 2% of people seem to know. So you can save yourself a $10k investment into an overpriced coach. Everything I learned by helping Max Perzon generate $100k in 1 webinar (that had 140 attendees) is in the conversion Playbook: https://skool.com/playbooks Every system I used to write the copy that wound up winning a brand new community owner, Atena, the Skool games and adding $300k to her new business is in the Organic Playbook: https://skool.com/playbooks And the exact skool offer strategy I used to help Michael generate $44k in a 45 day old real estate community last October. The content, the templates, and the behind-the-scenes steps, that actually helped beginners generate 6-figures, is all here for the price of a NY pizza pie: https://skool.com/playbooks So if you’re ready to set yourself up for a massive 2026, cut through all the expensive BS online, and get the exact strategies that generated $4M in revenue in the last 12 months, join here.

I’m filling out my Christmas list
"is all that online money real??"
A friend on instagram asked me that the other day. (skip to the bottom to answer a funny question) We've all seen the "$10,000 strategy," or "How this 17 year old just retired their parents." And it's gotten to the point that even I'm convinced half of its fake. I've met 17 year olds who make 6-figures a month. It IS real. But a lot of what you see on skool, social media, and heck even your friends driveway isn't real. It's rented. If you've been grinding for 6 months or more, you already know that though. And I just wanted to let you know, it's okay if you still have: Less than 3 clients. Less than $10k. And lot's of doubts. Here's what I told my friend: You don't have a client problem. You have a system problem. The entrepreneurs making money aren't better writers, or salesmen than you. They just know which offers to pitch, how to actually close calls, and where to find clients who have money to spend. You're out here designing thumbnails, researching yet another youtube traffic strategy, and pitching cold leads till your mind goes numb. Meanwhile, teenagers are charging $5k to strangers on the internet who pay same-day. No. The system's not rigged. You're just playing a different game than the people winning. If you're tired of working for free and want an actual system that works, I've got 7 spots left in an 8-week sprint to fix this. Not a subtle pitch. HAHA. It's direct, because if you're someone serious about building a something big online without wasting years begging people to buy from you, you're someone I'd like to work with. Let's fix your offer, your funnel, and your client pipeline. Here's my personal calendar: https://capitalyst.us/schedule Oh and members of this community! Mention you came from this post and I'll throw in a bonus my colder audience isn't getting. Love you all. – Patrice P.S. What's the CRAZIEST "fake" social media post you've ever seen? Mine was a kid claiming to be a youtube expert with only 2k subs himself.

3 ways to use Skool - you haven’t thought of yet!
First of all I wanted to say welcome to all the new people here! Crazy to see Skool's growth recently! So I wanted to make a quick post sharing 3 use cases for Skool that I don’t see many taking advantage of. We’ve all heard of Free communities, Paid Communities, Free-Paid, even Freemium but here’s some alternative methods of using Skool. First of all, Team communication - If you run your business on Skool, why not use it to communicate with them. Fundamentally it has everything you need. Community tabs for different topics, the classroom for hosting team training and documents, even the calendar for scheduling team calls or daily standups, which will become much cooler once Skool releases their live feature! I’m not saying it has every use case dialled in similar to a slack but most teams don’t need that much, especially in the early stages. If you run a small team here on Skool, why not use it for that too! Let me know in the comments if you’re considering this. The second one is a really cool one, as I just started using Skool this way myself. A Newsletter! Instead of having an opt-in page on a website to sign up to your email newsletter, you can just use a free Skool community to publish it and email it out to all the members. Pretty cool right? This way members can engage and comment with your newsletter and even share it with a friend very easily. I honestly think this is an amazing way to document and share your journey by just simply publishing a weekly newsletter to a free community of fans right here on Skool. + Skool will promote it for free (Discovery + Suggested communities) As mentioned I just launched my own so I’ll keep you people posted on how this use case for Skool goes! Finally something I’ve seen a few big players here on Skool using. In person event groups. We’ve all signed up to in person events and then been added to a clunky whatsapp group right? Well if you host events you could simply create a group right here on Skool for the attendees.

How to write a 6-figure VSL
Video-Sales-letters are one of the highest leverage items you can know how to write as a business owner. Because in 2025, most times, your initial selling point is not face to face. 100 years ago people would built trust by walking past your shop, hearing their neighbor mention you, and seeing your products in their friends homes... Today? They see a youtube video, then they click and watch your VSL, and from there they decide whether or not to work with you. Most people have a sales call after that to seal the deal... But assuming you're following a version of that funnel, your content priorities should be: - Good youtube content - A STELLAR vsl - And follow up copy to get them on a call Not to mention a good sales script. Ask @Miles Jones about that (he's the best). But I always used to struggle with VSL's. They're far more direct than a youtube vid, and yet still have to feel valuable, and you have to take the customer from cold to sold in under 20 mins... IMO a VSL should be under 10 mins. So I broke down exactly how I write my own VSL's in a quick video, where I literally write one live with ya'll: This ones worth studying, and customizing to your product. About to go to the beach house to film all this content I've been scripting. More big things coming this weekend ;) Lmk how ya'll wind up using this vid! Top answer gets a prize!
