Company / Offer Overview What we sell: A no-net-cost tax-advantaged employee benefits solution that drastically reduces employer payroll expenses while enhancing employee benefits Who we help: US-based employers (typically speaking with CEOs, CFOs, and decision-makers) Average price point: PEPM (Per Employee Per Month) model with long-term recurring revenue (Generous and based on D.O.E. - We *want* to give you a raise, and show you exactly how to get it) Delivery model: Fully handled by internal team (implementation, onboarding, servicing) Why We’re Hiring Now: We have more inbound and outbound opportunities than we can handle and need additional setters to book qualified calls. The market is opening rapidly, and we are scaling before larger players dominate the space. There is Legacy level money available to give you, if you are willing to do the work. Role Type Position: Setter (BDR) Full-time or part-time: Flexible (performance-based) Time zone / working hours expectations: US business hours preferred What a Realistic Week Looks Like Expected calls per day: 100–150+ conversations Expected dials / DMs per day: Activity-based (phone + LinkedIn required) Warm market is always preferred, but we also supply leads (we have more than you can ever call) Typical sales cycle length: 30–60 days (but it's residual and it stacks!). Current close rate: ~70–80% on qualified calls Ramp-up / training period: Short ramp; must be self-sufficient early Lead Generation Who generates leads: Both (you + company) Lead sources: - Company-provided leads in target market - Your personal network (recommended for highest conversion) ⚠️ During your probationary period, you must be able to generate conversations via phone and/or LinkedIn Compensation Pay structure: Commission-only Model: Residual (monthly recurring revenue — even as a setter)
