The #1 Success Rule No One Talks About
Most people think success comes from talent or luck… but it’s actually consistency and relentless execution. 📌 I wasn’t the best at sales when I first started, I just worked so much harder than everyone at the company that my growth was exponentially faster. I never took days off besides Sunday. And worked 8-12 hours every other day. If you do that for 6-12 months… you’ll be monumentally ahead. What’s ONE small habit you commit to every day that’s moving you closer to your goals? Drop it below! 👇🔥

@Garret Kraham The Daniel Fast is a spiritual fast based on the Bible, specifically the Book of Daniel. It’s a type of partial fast where participants refrain from certain foods and drink to focus on prayer, spiritual growth, and drawing closer to God. The fast is inspired by Daniel's experience in the Old Testament, where he avoided rich foods, meat, and wine as an act of devotion and obedience to God. The basic guidelines for the Daniel Fast typically include: 1. **Foods to eat**: Primarily fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes (beans), nuts, seeds, and water. 2. **Foods to avoid**: Animal products (meat, dairy), processed foods, sweeteners (including sugar and honey), caffeine, alcohol, and refined foods. 3. **Duration**: Often done for 21 days, based on the length of Daniel's fast in the Bible (Daniel 10:2-3). The purpose of the Daniel Fast is not just physical detox but to deepen one's relationship with God, focus on prayer, and experience spiritual renewal through self-discipline and devotion.
