Infinite Banking Concept (IBC) and notes
Nelson Nash is the founding father of IBC, which is a strategy where you leverage carefully crafted insurance products to be your own back. Is anyone familiar with this strategy and currently using it to buy notes?

@Kareem Aaron I have multiple Whole Life Policies in my Family Banking System and yes I use them to buy notes. You wan to use Whole Life Policies, not IUL...if you have any questions, please reach out. Thanks

@Bill McCafferty gotta be careful with IUL as their are no guarantees like in Whole Life. IUL is term insurance with a side/stock account attached to it. The stock fund is supposed to cover the increase in the term insurance costs as you age...however if it doesn't, then the policy holder has to come up with it and it could be large based on your age. need to be careful
