I get this error in Zapier whenever a customer replies to a message other than the first message from the bot. This ChatGPT (OpenAI) (2.34.1) step hit an error Required field "User Message" (user_message) is missing. Can't figure out the cause. The step in the first image Update Lead Response that sets the Lead Response Field to the Message Body isn't recognizing the message body so it sets Lead Response to an empty field. You can see in the second image that the message body isn't empty.

I have a client who doesn't use a calendar. He wants him and his partner to be notified when a customer is interested in the offer we are sending out. Is there a way based on a response from a customer have the bot add a tag in GHL. Then the tag will trigger notifications to be sent to our client and his partner? I know this can be done in some of the other bot systems, but I have everything else built with ChatGPT and Zapier with the PCB so I'd prefer not to rebuild everything
