@Skylar Bytendorp Speaking of cover art, when you post an episode should it be a separate thumbnail or just the cover art? I know I need thumbnails on YouTube but on audio I’m not sure. I also tend to mess them up, this picture as case in point. On YouTube it’s perfect but even when I resized it to a podcast cover in Canva it came out like this.

@Skylar Bytendorp I use Buzzsprout for a host. They let you change it but you do have to do it right in Canva. I need to work on that. Thanks!

Naming episodes
Do you know the name of your episode before you push record? Do you pick the name after the episode is edited? Is your episode title a question or a statement? I’ve seen people making mistakes when planning their episodes, so I’d like to do a live call about naming episodes soon. Would love to hear what you do and any questions you have for us to go over during the call. Thanks everyone! :)

It really depends. If it’s an interview the title comes after, unless we have a specific topic we’re going to discuss. If it’s a testimonial that leads into a topic, the title comes after. If it’s a solo episode, which is rare these days, God will give me the title before I even map out what I’m going to say.

Just from the first few minutes, I’d say get better audio and learn how to use the mute button when you cough. I’m not super into sports so I can’t say much about the content. Nice cover art though.
