Monterey watches
Love this brand. Tim is great and especially for those new to the game - prices are crazy good. I have all kinds of watches at home: Rolex, Tudor, and some fun micros like Vaer. Monterey is a great way to have fun with solid watches at an affordable price! Check them out!

@Yuri Yeleyko Aha. I would say not too bright. Their BW9 lume seems better. This is on the Diver Pro. Much better.

@Scott Critchfield Thank you. Great to hear about Tim. I have interacted with him some. He is gracious with his time. Part of the reason for the hype.

@John Hanslip Great company. Monterey out of NC. Watches are inexpensive, but have good specs. Traditional lines. I have been happy with mine.

Watch enthusiast does not even capture what I am. I am a watch Zealot. I would love to have this. However, I am throwing my lot in on LoCascio. How can you not with a name like that Lo “Casio” (sic). Also, the dude helps out in this community and is always present. Think hard on this one Antonio!
To Micro or not to Micro, that is the question
Which is old school brand and which is new school micro? I’ll be reviewing each in upcoming post

@Kevin Letts I agree Kevin. It is best looking. The Panda is a Tudor as well and the yellow is a little over the top, but cool to do sometimes.

@Jeff Wilkinson I liked it. You also received multiple positive reviews. I think you’re right about the video. Thanks

I say the first. More muted dial is more versatile. Also, important to start paying attention to specs. Some to think about: why are you buying? (Fun, collecting, specific activity), mechanism(automatic, mechanical, quartz), where is it made (becoming a little less important except if you want to resell), Accuracy (usually represented as +/-sec), Construction (crystal -?sapphire, stainless, gold, leather, rubber bracelet) and Where does it fit in your collection.
