I chose Power because my understanding is that power can deteriorate rapidly with age if you don’t work on it intentionally. But I found it hard to exclude the others

Hey everyone, my name is Mark and I love golf and yoga. I’m currently working on my mobility and rotational power so I can play golf and engage in physical activities in a safe and pain free way — hopefully for a long time! I recently found this video to be very helpful for building strength and mobility on “off” days. You can do all the stretches without the Sole Steps.
