Ai is creating more demnd for electricians and electrical contractors which will stimulate the economy in some way due to these being high paying jobs. However, the strain on the current grid and on natural resources is also to be considered. We had chat bots in the 90's and early 2000's that were advanced enough to hang out in chat rooms and start conversations with people and lure unsuspecting males into adult web sites. (So I heard). Many of the ai we have now seem like the same thing but just a little more advanced. I basically don't believe it has evolved enough to warrant all the hype. I personally have a hard time finding uses for it other than a question and answer engine, which is basically just replacing Google search. That's been my experience so far. If it ever is advanced enough, I'm afraid it will be used to abuse the legal system by holding every tax paying citizen responsible for every single infraction while our elected officials get away with whatever they want. Maybe that's already happening 🤔
