Amex Relationship
Should I pay them back to save the relationship or let credit repair dispute it and remove it?

@Carlos Robledo the choice is yours bro. I like to be straight up and give my opinion based on actual experience not just what I've heard. If you have the funds to pay it back and to save the relationship if you have had your card over a year relationship with them. I would say yes because you can contact the company and have them remove the collection, the late payments and anything else negative they placed on your credit. Now, with that being said make sure they put it in writing before making any sort of payment to them. Now if you don't care about the history, don't want to go through the hassle of getting them to put it in writing or don't want to cough up the bread to pay them. Dispute it get it off and start over with them after 6 months once it's deleted off your credit.

Bank Relationships 🏦
Hey Hood, most of the time we are talking about how important bank relationships are … do we need to have both type of relationships? Personal & Biz? For example, I bank with 3 different institutions right now but only personal. I recently got my llc and planning on opening another one, should I start opening biz accounts with those institutions as well? Like all 3?

@Jackeline Martinez Yes, you can open for all three to establish history with the banks. The more accounts you have with banks the better the internal score you have with them. It important to make sure you deposit money at least once a week in those accounts when you do open the biz account with them. Also to make your business look good, if you have at least $5k to deposit would higher your chances of getting a higher credit limit with them when you decide to apply for business CC. If you have more to deposit even better. The more bank relationships you have the better. A quick GEM. Go to your local banks and before you open a business account. Sit down and talk to the bank manager. Tell him/her your goals and ask how and what you need to do in order to get lines of credit high limit CC etc. After that go in and make sure to visit the bank at least twice a month if you can. This builds character and also trust between the bank tellers and manager. Hope this helps!

In the meantime ask me questions I’ll take care of them
