🚨 The "Healthy" Lifestyle That's Actually Destroying You
Hypoglycemia is as damaging as diabetes, but doctors ignore it because there's no pill to prescribe. Meanwhile, you're suffering with symptoms that are ruining your life. 🚫 Sound Familiar? - Missing meals to avoid getting "fat" - Getting shaky and grabbing candy for quick relief - Using coffee all day instead of eating actual food - Long gaps: dinner at 6pm, first meal at 11am or later - Over-training without eating enough ⚠️ The Red Flags: - Irritable and angry when you miss meals - Shaky hands and internal trembling - Dependent on coffee just to function - Eating instantly relieves your fatigue (MAJOR red flag!) - Waking up at 1-3am and can't get back to sleep 🌙 Why You Wake Up at 3am: Your blood sugar drops → Your brain needs glucose → Cortisol gets released to wake you up → Your liver makes emergency sugar 🥗 The "Vegetarian" Trap: Thinking you're healthy because you're "vegetarian" but you're just eating carbs, snacks, breads, and pasta all day. That's not vegetarian nutrition - that's sugar addiction with a health halo. 💡 The Reality Check: If you're tired, can't sleep, feel shaky between meals, and eating instantly makes you feel better - you likely have hypoglycemia. But here's the thing... 🤔 Most people think they need to eliminate all carbs or go keto to fix this. WRONG. The solution isn't about restriction - it's about strategic blood sugar stabilization that works with your body's natural rhythms. 🎯 EXCITING NEWS: I'm putting together a Blood Sugar Mastery Challenge that will teach you: ✅ How to eat for stable energy ALL DAY (no more 3pm crashes) ✅ The exact meal timing that prevents hypoglycemic episodes ✅ Which "healthy" foods are actually spiking your blood sugar ✅ The simple morning routine that sets you up for success ✅ How to exercise without triggering blood sugar chaos This isn't another restrictive diet. This is about finally understanding how YOUR body processes food so you can feel energized, sleep deeply, and stop being a slave to your next meal

Thanks - the difference it would make to me - there is nothing more invigorating than waking up feeling like you've had a full night's sleep; as opposed to a fragmented one. makes a big difference in your daily outlook etc.
🚨 The Hidden Blood Sugar Problem FEW are Talking About
While everyone focuses on diabetes, there's another dangerous condition flying under the radar: HYPOGLYCEMIA. Low blood sugar can be just as detrimental as diabetes, but doctors completely ignore it. 🔍 The 3 Types You Need to Know: PATHOLOGICAL: Fasting blood sugar below 65 mg/dL (this is the only one doctors care about) FUNCTIONAL: Fasting morning glucose below 85 mg/dL (where many people live but get zero help) REACTIVE: Blood work looks "normal" but you crash HARD within 4 hours after eating 🌙 Why You Wake Up at 2am: Your blood sugar drops → Your body pumps out cortisol → This stress response ruins your sleep 🚫 The Medical Problem: - You have ALL the symptoms - Doctors run "normal" blood work - You get sent home with no answers - You continue to suffer ⚠️ The Reality Check: If you're getting up in the middle of the night, crash after meals, or feel shaky and brain-fogged between meals - your blood sugar regulation might be broken. This affects more people than you think, and there ARE solutions. Which type sounds most like you? 👇

I've been waking up between 1am and 3am for some time now (a couple of times a week). No obvious cause and do follow all the good sleep hygiene recommendations already. I don't get the other symptoms you describe though. I have suspected since I generally eat reasonably low carb, natural foods and I may sometimes be in the situation where the level dips overnight. A recent CGM did show that, but only occasionally. Isn't that time also associated with liver when you wake up as well? Can gluconeogenesis kick in as a result at that time?
