Hey all - the replay from today's Claude Mastery Sprint is now available in the Classroom HERE. TL;DR This session connected the dots between Skills and Projects—the piece a lot of people were missing from the kickoff. The big unlock: Skills live at the account level (Claude has them), Projects hold your context (client info, blueprints, brand guidelines). When you work inside a Project and trigger a Skill, Claude combines both. But the real headline was the Claude Code breakthrough I demoed at the end. In under 90 minutes—while watching TV—I went from a seed idea to a fully deployed crowdfunding landing page. No code written manually. The workflow: use Claude to architect the full instructions, then hand those instructions to Claude Code, push to GitHub, deploy on Netlify. Done. My insight: I like having Claude build the full architecture first. Once I've given it all the information, it gives me the one-shot instruction that I can give to Claude Code and it just executes for 15-20 minutes. ==> Watch the replay and access resources from this session now. Hey all - as we prepare for the New Year and Claude Mastery on January 6th, I was thinking back to some time I think 3 or so years ago when I made a post in our old community as I was testing out a recipe using Claude and asked all our members to share a blurb about their business for a free MarketSauce® Blueprint. Not supporting grind culture to work 24/7 and never take time off - but also realize the holidays are also a time founders and builders like me enjoy some time to build for the new year. If you're taking time off, what are you doing to relax/recharge? If you're taking this time of the year to build, what are you building? I'll be keeping tabs on the community through the New Year, along with some time off myself. For me, I'm taking a few days off and also funny enough, when building things that are fun to build, it doesn't feel like work. Spending a lot of time with Claude and Lovable these days, and prepping for a few producrt launches coming up. What about you?
