Couldn't Join The Lyceum?
If you wanted a seat in the Lyceum and it didn't work out, this one's for you!! The live seats are closed. But every session, every office hour and every breakout room is recorded, and as of today those recordings are open to this community. Here's what you'd be catching up on. We're five weeks in. About 130 people, four rooms. And for the first three weeks, nobody was allowed to build. No folders, no agents, no code. Just three questions: 1. What is a program, really? (Instructions, something that runs them, and a state. You've been writing them for years.) 2. Who receives what you build, and what actually lands on their side? 3. What's the question you least want to be asked? If you can't answer "why would I use yours instead of Claude," you don't build yet. It annoyed people. It also worked: - Chad's own AI told him "that's four things, give me one." He picked one and landed a paid pilot three weeks later. - Musa threw out two months of work and a 70-page manual in seven hours, because he couldn't say what his customers were receiving. The new version is what they actually wanted. - Emma, a landscaper who calls herself "super not techie," walked out of one 28-minute drop-in saying "I'm converted." Last weekend we started building. Session 4 was about where your data has to live so other people's AI can reach it. Short version: you don't need a second brain, you need to know where your data needs to be. $495 for all of it. Lifetime access, and everything through Demo Day gets added as it happens. https://whop.com/checkout/plan_m5UlsmU3I5cOl $995 for the recordings plus a seat in the December certification exam, the same exam the cohort takes. https://whop.com/checkout/plan_OGmJR4j1JtS88 Both come with early access to EdubaWare and locked-in founders' pricing for when it starts charging. The live seat was $4,750. This price ends Sunday, October 25, when Sprint 2 does.

Have no trouble opening the link. Anyone else?
I updated the icm-architect skill. Go grab the new version.
RinDig/icm-architect It runs in pretty much any agent now: Codex, Gemini CLI, Hermes, Claude Code, Cursor. Or hand the folder to any model and tell it to use the skill. Workspaces now start from an AGENTS .md file, so they aren’t tied to one company’s tools. It would work with others before just not as reliably, should be better now. I also cleaned it up a lot. The whole method comes down to three building blocks now: a sequence of steps, a shelf of same-shaped files, and a small map that points to everything. Every step ends at a check, whether that’s you looking at it or a small model doing it, so a mistake gets caught before the next step builds on it. There are also some small scripts that check your links and draw your whole workspace as a graph you can click through (very basic graph, obsidian is better for viz ill make a nicer one later) github.com/RinDig/icm-architect Install steps for each agent are in the README. Try it on something you do every week and tell me where it breaks.

Phenomenal look at why ICM is king. Because UNIX always made sense.
Meet REA — Reverse Engineer Anything
Most agents still bounce off a closed binary and call it done. You saw the feature. You don't have the source. The session ends. REA is an open-source MCP server and CLI that changes that. It gives Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and anything else that speaks MCP a set of plain tools to open native binaries, APKs, firmware, and more. You get pseudocode, assembly, call paths, strings, and an evidence trail with confidence notes. The agent can then explain the rule or rebuild the piece. It does not invent new decompilation. It just removes the friction from Ghidra and the other tools reverse engineers already use. Repo: https://github.com/morluto/rea Setup is one command that shows its plan before it touches your config: npx rea-agents@latest setup Docs and worked examples live at https://rea.tools. I treat this the same way I treat any other inspection tool. Sandbox the binary. Own the output. Do not reverse what you do not have rights to. Closed source is no longer an automatic stop if you are willing to keep the evidence in a folder you can reopen tomorrow. Try it on an app you built. See what the agent actually recovers. Keep the files. #opensource #inspectable #stopRentingYourMemory

@David Vogel would be amazing. I’m just tired of doom and gloom when I know how much good we can do for missions and dedicated souls doing hard work to make a better world. Now’s the time! Chat soon? [email protected]
My dream for helping boost missions with ICM
ICMasters! This is a bit of a different type of post - but I have a dream of using ICM to help more people in the way I have moved communities to support families touched by cancer for almost 2 decades via flatwater.org... So I wanted to use video and a Claude site to tell my story. Since you all "get it" - if you may, even at 3x speed, please have a look and give me any honest feedback here! I don't want to try to make this perfect, but this community is full of amazing minds. This is my new mission with ICM and the teachings of @Jake Van Clief and @David McDermott VIDEO HERE https://www.tella.tv/video/from-nonprofit-founder-to-automation-expert-3qff
