Dye job!
The gold Camaro making the rounds currently is now a redhead courtesy of RIT Synthetic dye’s Racing Red. Naturally, I had to wheel swap it, too.

Have a couple of the Porsches which look great with wheel swaps!
1,000 collectors. And we’re just getting started.
The club opened its doors on January 13. Just over a month later… we’re already 1,000+ members strong. That kind of growth is exciting. But what matters even more is what’s happening after people get here. The posts. The finds. The trades. The conversations. The energy showing up in this community every day. Because of that momentum, the club is about to start rolling out some new things over the next few days and weeks. Features, upgrades, and tools built around what this community is already doing. No big announcements yet. Just know… this next phase is coming fast. This place is being built with you, not just for you. And honestly, this is still day-one energy. So let’s mark the moment. Drop ONE thing in the comments: What keeps you coming back to diecast? The hunt The cars The memories The community Or something else? Just one word or a quick answer. Let’s see what this club is really built on.

Cars and the hunt
When is a Ferrari not a Ferrari? When it's a Dino!
A cool add to the collection came in the form of an unspun Hot Wheels Dino. Wait, that's a Ferrari you all may say but it's something more. Despite not wearing the Ferrari badge or having a V12 engine. the Dino was created to honor Enzo Ferrari's son, Alfredo "Dino" Ferrari. It was marketed as a separate brand (Dino) to target the Porsche 911 market with a V6 engine.

30 Days. 750 Collectors.
30 days ago, the doors to the Diecast Club opened. Today, we have over 750 collectors. That’s 750 people who love the hunt, the cars, and the culture. And the crazy part… this is still just the beginning. What’s being built here isn’t just posts or content. It’s a place where collectors share finds, help each other, learn the game, and actually enjoy the hobby together. More tools are coming. More strategy. More opportunities to connect. But the best part of this club is the people already here. So quick check-in: How long have you been collecting? Months, years, or just getting started? Drop it below.

64 years (minus the years I went away to college and my parents got rid of my collection) I started recollecting about 30 years ago.
