Here I share what I wish someone would've shared with me when I was YOUNG... 👉It's my Biggest Secret to COLLECTING CLEAN MONEY so I have all the fuck off time and FU Position money I need... I use a split screen set-up for my laptop and more often than not my second screen is blank so now I have my reminder staring me in the face..haha. Thanks @Travis Sago
🎥PART 3: FU Position with Less than $1k
So now ya know not having money didn't stop me at age 10... And it doesn't have to stop ANYONE! If you missed Part 2: ===>Here's the Rerun:-) In Part 2... I asked an IMPORTANT QUESTION. If the $5 or $10 I made from painting on the curb number was NOT the GOLD!... What WAS the GOLD? Why is it important? Because... People who struggle all their lives.... Struggle because they work for MONEY! I don't place blame on them. They TEACH/program/brainwash us to work for money in school and in society. Here's what I figured out as a young, geeky Ron Howard-looking kid. AFTER... I gave money to my mom. AFTER... I spent some on candy, walkie-talkies, and wrist rockets... I could go to the SAME PEOPLE I painted the address number for... ...and they were happy to pay for 💥OTHER STUFF I COULD TAKE OFF THEIR PLATES💥... 👉Weed pulling 👉Lawn Mowing 👉I even got to mow a cemetery for $100 a mow. (I thought I made it big!!) 👉Car washing 👉Light Carpentry stuff (but I sucked at that and had to stop.) The GOLD was the CUSTOMERS. PLEEEEEAAASSSSEEEE... Do NOT say, "I know. I know." Because MANY grown adults still don't know!! Who gets the GOLD if someone is selling on Amazon? The seller? Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Amazon keeps the GOLD. Who keeps the GOLD in UBER? The poor guy or gal driving their ASS off? Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo! UBER keeps the CUSTOMER! In many cases... They FORBID YOU... it's against TOS to even CONTACT the customer. That's not all. Most business owners, EVEN IF they keep the GOLD (Customer), don't do ANYTHING with the customer. And they make 1/10th the money they COULD BE MAKING.... 👉Do you know WHY? 👉HINT: It's the same BOTTLENECK I had as a kid. I didn't figure out how to remove this bottleneck until I was in my mid-THIRTIES... BY FORTY... I was a millionaire. That's HOW IMPORTANT it was and how fast I got out of the rat race. But... Again... It is too important for me to just shout out.

My boring stickers sell easier than most kick-ass AI tools?!?
What's up, A.I. Royalty Rockstars? Recently I started digging my claws into AI tools. The more groups I joined, the more I was surprised by how many people are vibe-coding kick-ass AI tools that solve HUGE problems. They have so much potential. But it seems a lot of them are having a hard time monetizing them. Full disclosure: I don't sell AI tools, nor will I sell AI tools. Well… "never say never." I might change my mind… for the right partner… But from 9-5 I sell stickers and labels to pharma companies. Just like McDonald's Hamburgers: billions served. There isn't hardly anything more commoditized than white film with glue on one side and ink on the other. And yet… once I sprinkled a bit of Travis's magic Mojo dust onto my sales approach… I started selling with hardly any price resistance while I'm usually offering the by far most expensive option. Guys, when Mojo techniques work for something as mundane as stickers… they must work for AI tools that solve real problems and have massive differentiators. One thing I learned from @Travis Sago is the vending machine concept. He's gone pretty deep into the concept of using other people's traffic and distribution in Ronin. I thought to myself: "What if I could put my stickers in a vending machine, in front of other people's hungry customers, so I don't have to sell them?" Nothing wrong with just collecting cash… well, the man who employs me is collecting the cash. I just get a tiny fraction of it. Hmmm... what does a vending machine for pharma stickers even possibly look like? It took me a short while to figure it out… but after a six-pack of German lager beer, I had the epiphany. Why can't my vending machine be a syringe manufacturer? Everyone who buys a crapload of syringes… sure as hell eventually needs to stick a label on each one of those. So I asked my development folks to put one small additional feature into the label: a layer that protects from UV light. (Many drugs are - just like the Cullen family in Twilight Saga - extremely sensitive to light.)

@Christian Liebl , thank you! I also believe there are lot more "offline" opportunities for the Travis Vending Machine. Can I ask you a clarifying question? I understand your realtor example. I'm still in the dark how your sticker program works. So the syringe manufacturer pay nothing for the labels? And you get leads from it? if so, how did you convince your company to not only add a feature to the sticker, and also provide them to the syringe manufacturer? Thanks again

Thanks for the detailed explanation! I’m working on ways to extrapolate the vending machine concept to local companies.
A.I. = Real Fast Recurring Royalty Payment$
I've got a library of video content going back to 2014. One of the things I'm excitedly focused on is using AI to repurpose the content into books, courses, membership programs and so much MORE! I am blown away by what Claude AI, Perplexity, and POE AI can create that I can monetize with the licensing model. 👍There are endless licensing money machines to build using A.I. 👀I believe MARRYING AI and Licensing gives birth to the most stress-free income babies ever born! If you don't have content of your own? There are heaps of coaches, consultants, content creators, experts, and business owners with a fortune in IP just "sitting under their mattresses." ...without the know-how or time to monetize it. How interested would you be in me talking more about AI and royalty payments? 🖕1= I'd rather spend a weekend at my mother-in-law's than use AI to earn royalties. 👍10= I'd spend a weekend with my mother-in-law to learn more! (or somewhere in between? LOL) Sound off 👇 Thanks in advance! Rooting For Ya, Travis

Opportunities in Offline, Local, Small businesses
@Travis Sago , Do you feel like there is opportunity in the small, local business (especially service businesses)? There are local businesses that have: - Training programs for improving the use of other peoples’ software and apps - Marketing systems and processes - Business systems and processes - Sales processes - Information technology systems and processes - Accounting systems and processes that could be licensed to like-service businesses outside their local, competitive area. If you feel like it is something that can be focused on, what do you see as the pros and cons? I would be concerned about the lead time to implement but once you have one under your belt that is successful it can easily be rolled out to other cities. Another concern may involve building the documentation of their licensable process. I just see a very non-crowded opportunity but I am also inexperienced. Thanks in advance for your input.
