Solo studying : - deep processing the material (engaging thoughts, counter strategies emerging etc.) - Narrow focus hence better focus - Note taking hence better chances of memory + traces to re-study when wanted Studying while playing 2 tables : - No narrow focus - Dismissing small things as not important - Missing small things - No real information process as % of brain already taken
