@Axel Fuentes Ibanez Hey Axel, I actually relate to this a lot. I also worked in sales, specifically in the protein snack industry, and it’s just as highly competitive. At the beginning, I struggled to build the kind of character needed to sell, because there are so many internal and external factors that sometimes work against you and even make you feel fake with yourself, simply because you know that stepping into a certain personality will help you perform better. Over time, as I intentionally worked on developing who I really am outside of sales, little by little I began to integrate my real personality into my sales techniques. And that’s when everything changed. I stopped relying on a “sales persona” just to survive in the environment, and instead started showing up as my best, most natural self with clients. And honestly, it felt amazing because I wasn’t acting anymore, I was just being me. Back then my focus was mainly B2B clients, and in the beginning I was doing a lot of door-to-door, which made it even more interesting because you’re face to face with the opportunity to grow, sharpen yourself, and read people in real time. I think the real balance doesn’t come from choosing between peace or fire, but from integrating both, using the drive without losing yourself in the process. Now I get to be part of the journey of getting others to that position of balancing the spiritual, mental and material world. So I hear you brother. Do you feel like your challenge right now is less about selling?
