Bio: Hi I'm 63 Suffered from numerous body injuries Ankle knee pelvis hip lower back prolapsed scapula neck and concussions I want out of the pain cycle

Bio: I've trained for the past 40 yrs in the gym & teach Taekwondo. Age & injury have taken their toll. So, I'm excited to see what changes I can achieve.

Bio: I’m retired living summers in north Idaho and winters in Tucson. I really want to stay moving and am excited to regain flexibility and strength.
