I used to get easily frustrated when things didn't go my way. I'd huff and puff, getting worked up and aggitated. Now, it is easier for me to notice the frustration, recognize it and let it pass, knowing that things will work out no matter what (just not the way I thought or on the timeline I would have liked). Don't get me wrong, I still feel frustrated at times. I just don't have such a big reaction to is as I used to.
