I know we’ve talked a lot about nutrition. It’s been informative and extremely helpful to know how to care for our bodies via nutrition. I just want to say, that for me, it’s all about moderation. I’d be lying to y'all and myself if I said, ONLY clean foods will enter my body now. I enjoy fries and chips and cookies. Obviously, they will no longer be part of my MAIN foods, but I will not give up things I love, rather make occasional dates with them. If I plan for the majority of my intake to be healthy and nutritious, then the occasional small treat will be even better because I won’t need to binge on them.
