@David Sharpe hi David I issued the sar via email and post in the first instance. The email bounced back but I kept that as back up as that is on them. I also used the fact that entry and exit are not proof of parking and anpr should not be used in this way. They sent a couple of letters which I responded would not stop the dsar clock and then they withdrew their claim. I always take time on the bot choosing my words carefully and ask if anything can be improved. I find clarifying the date and letting the bot know what you last sent ie email or post keeps everything on track. I always draft the letters in court format aswell. Ie 12 font new roman and line spacing 1.5 with page numbers bottom right. I hope this helos
