So I posted my first rental and got minor damages and the customer gave me a 1 star review. Should I have not reported the damages to Turo? I also just noticed that the wheel was scratched. 🤔

Good morning, fam! I had my very first Turo rental this past holiday weekend—super excited to finally get things rolling! It was a two-day rental with my Slingshot. I didn’t make a ton, but it’s all part of getting my feet wet and learning the game. Unfortunately, the renter returned it with some minor front bumper damage. I’ve already filed a claim with Turo and now just waiting to see how it plays out. Despite the hiccup, I’m still full speed ahead. My goal is to add at least 4 more Slingshots to the platform. I also have a private website in the works—just putting the final pieces together before it’s ready to go live.

I paid a “small fee” 🧾 for a team to build a logo, business cards and a website 🔐. I know we have AI etc to do many things but I went the “ol skool” route 🧭. I provided the vision 🎯and they provided concepts until I provided the 👍🏾 It’s simple, it’s professional and….its purple?! 😳 I let my daughter pick the colors 😂—BUT I like it. Hate it 🚫 or Love it ❤️ —it’s going live soon 🤷🏾‍♂️ I blacked out the QR code on the business card until the website is complete 🎬. The layout is approved and hope to drop the link next week 🙌🏾
