Currently doing all the exercises to make space in babies mouth. Having to exclusively pump , but my milk supply feels like it’s dwindling. Using the Eufy S1 and doing 5/6 sessions a day for around 20/30 minutes and suffering with nipple thrush. Any ideas on how to maintain and increase supply whilst little one is bottle feeding?
