A lot of people see me now talking about mindset, habits, and getting control of your life… but there was a time where alcohol was just normal for me. Not because I loved drinking. It was because I didn’t know how to deal with everything going on in my head. Growing up where I grew up, going through life, going through trauma… a lot of us never actually learn how to process things. We just cope the best way we know how. For me, that meant drinking for a long time. But eventually I realized something. The alcohol wasn’t the real battle. The real battle was happening in my mind. That realization is what led me to start building what I now call the War Within Method. Learning how to understand your triggers, take control of your habits, and rebuild your mindset. That’s a big part of what we talk about in this community. So I’m curious… What’s one habit or mindset pattern you’ve had to work on in your own life?
