In the meantime, here was everyone's accountability points and what they are going to work on before the next meeting: Lina: - Create a system to make video production more efficient (organizing B-roll, file naming, prompts, etc.). Alice: - Continue posting one long-form video every Monday (8–15 minutes). - Create at least two Shorts for the “Senior Gardener Secrets” channel, linking them to the long-form video. - Practice making Shorts using Lina’s advice (removing scenes, keeping B-roll, changing to portrait, etc.). - Aim to reach 300 subscribers (currently two away), with a long-term goal of 500 by 2026. Maria: - Finish the voiceover video currently in progress. Ted: - Try exporting a revised video from Descript, downloading it locally, and uploading it directly to YouTube to resolve an issue with video replacement. Ross: - Complete a travel video that has been delayed due to the large amount of footage.
