Meeting
So I had a meeting this weekend and I had to swim a 200 fly. I did 2'54 in the morning in long course (my time in short course is 2'50) and I had to do it again in the afternoon, in final B. And my coach told me that I could do 2'50 if I change a little bit my second 100. The thing is I never did better on my final than on my morning race (or maybe 1 sec better) so I wasn't sure about that but I didn't telle myself it's impossible and put my mind into it, ate well at lunch, took a little nap, drank water every 20 mins, warmed up well... An I actually did it ! (During lunch break I was literally saying "I'm going to do 2'50" every 30 sec πŸ˜‚, maybe my brain would understand it who knows?) In my opinion 4 seconds between the morning and the afternoon is a lot 😭. So I was the second one in my final, and the first one in my category so I' m a regional chapion at the 200 fly now πŸ˜‚πŸ₯³πŸ₯³. And another great thing is my reaction time that was 0.73 in the morning and 0.54 in the afternoon (I rlly wanted to do 2'50). So now my next objective is 2'37...

I'm the type of swimmer who never gives up and recovers well. Gains: 1. PB at 200 fly (2'50 LCM) so now I'm a regional chapion (hihi 😎) and I have a WOOD medal πŸ€£πŸ’€ 2. Had a good lunch 3. Slept after lunch and had a great massage (one of my friends did it) 4. Recovered well and cooled down after every race 5. Nutrition: 7,5/10 6. Visualisation: done βœ…

I' m the kind of swimmer who never gives up. Gains: 1. Ate a very good breakfast 2. Worked on my homeworks in the morning before practice and finished the physics ones 3. Training went rlly good and I didn't freak out when I saw the 10Γ—400 on the white board πŸ’€ 4. Went to practice w my friend (I slept at her house last night) 5. We ate pancakes when we came back 6. I helped her w her art project 7. Screen time: 30 minutes 8. Washed my hair 9. Started to cleany my desk 10. Slept really well last night
