Recording is uploaded in the Classroom. I will say this: Most people want more confidence. Very few understand how confidence is actually built. The 4 C's gives you the principle no matter where you are in your life right now. It's simple. It works. It's one of my top 3 trainings I teach and it's timely cuz of all the big competitions coming up. Thanks everyone who was live and participated. Hope you had as much fun as me 😊 See ya next week. You decide the time when you're gonna finish a Skool post and then put your phone away for the rest of the evening. 2. Sleep earlier or do something fun without your phone (whatever you want!). 3. Observe your energy levels during the week. any changes? Daily Skool post:-> Be creative. State what you did for recovery and if you're following through on what you said you were gonna do. 💚 PS: I will continue to do my identity building and visualization of course. Don't drop the things you know are working for you!!!

Tuesday: put my phone down late because I had to work for some tests I had yesterday Yesterday's gains: 1. Went to bed at 10:15 pm but slept after 10:30 2. Ate wellllllll 3. Worked a lot in the afternoon and finished all of my homework and my to do list 4. Training was good 5. Nutrition 9/10 6. Visualisation ✅

I'm the type of swimmer who never gives up and recovers well. 1. Today's practice was so good!! It was hard but I did rlly good times (didn't do that in a while) and did the set half fly half back 🎉 2. Ate well 3. School was great, I wasn't bored at all 4. Ate my English essay (I think so) 5. The German test was not that bad 6. Math courses are fire 🔥 ☝️ 7. Had 1h20 screen time (and putting it down in 20 min so I won't use it much longer) 8. It was a great day 😁✨✨☃️ 9. Nutrition: 8,5/10 10. Visualisation ✅

Sorry to have to share this with you. But due to various circumstances, this is the end of the road. @Yul Münger and I will no longer be running Swimpros together. Yul will actually be finding out about this through this post. Here are my reasons: - He doesn't drink coffee because he sleeps so efficiently (boring). - He's just so much better at analysing and teaching technique than me – after all these years (not great for my status as an ex-Olympian 😅) - His biceps is still bigger than mine (honestly unfair. And much more. I just can't go on like this 😂 APRIL FOOLS (obviously) Friends, Swimpros has only just begun and we're really just getting started 🔥 Maybe I got some of you with that one. Yul genuinely had no idea about this post – and I BET he just had a little heart attack reading it. Anyway... tomorrow we're back for Swimpros News TOGETHER and we got some exciting updates 🎉 Lets gooooooo! David
