Finally.. my intro! My name is Maria, I currently live in Arizona where I was born and raised for almost 36 years! I am moving back east to New Hampshire in July! A few things that brought me to this space is being inspired by Britt, I’ve been following her for so long on Instagram and she never ceases to amaze me. Also, I’ve always been a natural healing type woman, I firmly believe we can heal our own bodies, and Ayurveda is something that’s called to me, but I haven’t dived deep into yet. Lastly, my number one health/wellness goal right now is getting back to a healthier version of myself. I’ve had SO much happen in 2025 that I kind of fell off the good side of internal and external wellbeing, how my higher self feels best, that I am really just following where my heart calls to allow me to become the best version of myself again. But also, I really want to be a part of a loving, open/like minded community, which I can never feel like I have where I live.
