I guess the core of the matter is to try things until you find a way that works for you, then try things on top of it, or even try other stuff if it feels it may provide an enhancement. Now I´m trying to just do something everyday, even if small, before the day ends, and it seems to be building up a proficiency (long way to go still), so on the way tools and ways of working will be tested and dropped, and some consolidated. Definetely readind about what worked for other is very useful! (a rutine I use when working with teams is to have a weekly quick meeting (like scrum sprint meetings) to talk about what worked, what didn´t worked, what was learned and what each will be doing next week. Is a useful accountability short meeting. And to create more accountability on moving forward my skool, I´ve created a free for ever skool to just document what I´m doing, and will be doing this short free live meetings with other skoolers that want to join and try this (I got the idea from Hormozi when he said "document, don't create" approach by recording your daily work, challenges, and lessons learned, so I created that skool just for that 😅 so far I have docummented something 2 days, let´s see what´s in for today. (the skool is called build-a-skool-together-1076 in case you wonder - but it has only me and 2 friends that like the idea of a skool, so not sure if anybody can find it yet..
