My husband and I went to a cafe this morning in Spain, and I was able to order 2 coffees for us in complete sentences, and the barista understood me perfectly! 🙌🏻 I'm not even done with my free trial yet 🤯 Take my money! 😂 Seriously, I'm going to ride this high all weekend.

I wanted to share something that happened and maybe encourage you on your journey. I was at a government office filling out some forms and there was a Spanish speaking woman there with her daughter trying to file some paperwork. She spoke no English and the clerk did not speak Spanish. I told her I spoke some Spanish and asked her if I could help. Both she and the clerk were very grateful that with my limited Spanish I could help resolve the situation. I came away feeling happy that I was able to use what I studied almost a year for to help others and so grateful be able to use it in real life.
