Day 25 Prompt
“What would it look like to back yourself more?”
0 likes • Feb 25
Tbh I don't know. Yes I've had times in the passed where I've had the glimpses of the good life, however going forward I don't want to think much about the passed, as when I do I feel/ see education and failure. The future will be different going forward with the wisdom of the passed. So for now I don't really have a clear vision of what it would look like....
Day 24 Prompt
Where do you already show strength but ignore it?”

@Tony Crowe it's difficult for me to give myself what I give others. I am trying to see through my compassion eyes and see myself as I see others in the same situation.

@Tony Crowe aye it's definitely something that I have to remind myself to do. I'm finding it strange yet these days I'm more aware of my automatic thinking.
Day 20 Prompt
“What would your kids / younger self / future self be proud of?”

How resilient I have been to get to this point in my life.
Video 6. Reflection act like who you’re becoming
A lot of change gets delayed by one question: “Can I do this?” “Am I ready?”“What if I fail?” And while you’re waiting to feel confident…nothing changes. Confidence usually comes after action. Not before. Real change starts when you stop asking: “Can I do this?” And start asking: “What would the person I’m becoming do right now?” Your task today: Think of one small situation where you’d normally hesitate. Then ask: “What would the stronger, future version of me do here?” And take the smallest possible step in that direction. Not perfectly.Just honestly.

@Tony Crowe I'd be me with more clarity and confidence. Without the wounds of the passed.
