There is so much good info in all of these videos!! You make all these on your own? Its funny you talk about neuroplasticity and renewing your mind. I have my notebook out taking notes right now... one of the bracelets that I wear says Romans 12:2 "Do not be conformed to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God."
