Hey fam. I know there’s been a bit of an unsettled energy in the field lately.. Some of you have shared that you’ve been feeling a lack of structure, clarity, or support. First, I want to say: I hear you, I feel you, and I apologize for falling short in how I have not fully shown up as a leader. My vision for this community has always been to be more than a product, but an ecosystem of co-creation that evolves with time, following the trajectory of this Global Awakening and the Creation of a New Earth. With that, receiving your reflections, your truths, and your experiences on how we can improve our service to you, is very supportive. We’re currently in the process of creating the 2.0 version of the Branding Program. Some videos will stay, others will be re-filmed, and we’re also expanding to include trainings on TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms many of you have asked for. Given this, I have a request for feedback, and I welcome raw unfiltered input: 1. How can we improve the program itself? Are there areas where the teachings could go deeper? Topics you’d love to see added? Anything that’s felt unclear or incomplete? 2. How can we improve the community vortex? What’s worked well? What hasn’t? Which calls have truly landed for you? What would help you feel more held, seen, and supported here? Lastly, I want to share that there have been some shifts in our leadership structure. The Vanguard as you’ve known it is changing, and we’ll be updating you soon with clarity around new roles, support anchors, and how we’ll continue to show up for you more fully. Wow. First off—so much gratitude for getting to learn the ins and outs of content creation. I have a lot to learn in this realm (which is exactly why I’m here!), and I’ve been loving the insights on how to reach people while staying grounded in authenticity and mission. That said, something’s been stirring for me as I go through the material and videos. I’ve been reflecting on whether the way content is being taught—especially when it comes to building clout, a following, or loyal fans—might still carry threads of old-world paradigms. Even if we’re coming from a sincere, heart-led place and truly want to help others “see through the Matrix,” the way we go about it might still be operating from ego, or subtly influenced by shadow. Especially when the aim is to create content for the masses… I can’t help but ask: Why do I want this piece of content to go viral? Is the impulse rooted in love? In service? Or is there a trace of fear, scarcity, or validation-seeking underneath? When we’re taught to craft performance-driven content—optimized for views, likes, shares—and use formulas to “hook” people with our personal stories, I wonder… are we still in integrity with our essence? Are we, in some ways, commodifying what is sacred—our soul, our journey—for the sake of reach? Where in this conversation are we making space for alignment with our own energetic blueprint (Human Design comes to mind), or honoring the unique way the Divine wants to move through each of us? That, to me, feels like a key teaching of the New Earth. And to be clear—I’m not against playing the game or hacking the system. I think that’s part of how we create change from within. There’s real value in understanding the old structures and weaving the new into them. I just want to name the deeper layers that ask for advanced self-awareness as we walk this line. Hey everyone! I have been feeling into how to introduce myself - because this feels like a big moment for me. I’m Marena, and after years inside the corporate machine (think big tech, program management, systems thinking), I started seeing what was underneath it all. Turns out, I wasn’t just managing projects - I was picking up on the deeper patterns. The ways our systems shape us. The energy that moves through them. And the trauma that quietly seeps in when we’re not looking. What’s clear to me now: even in conscious, mission-driven spaces, if we’re not paying attention, we can end up recreating the same old distortions. I’m here to speak to that. To name what I see. And to start giving voice to the vision I hold for systems that actually support life, truth, and integrity. This is me beginning to share more openly, and I’m so grateful to be in a space that feels aligned and real. Excited to connect more, learn, grow, and be on this path with you all 💙
