Hey @Nils Osterhues , First of all, please don't take this comment as criticism — that's absolutely not what I mean! 🙂 I'm not sure how you envision this platform, but in my opinion there are plenty of great tutorials on YouTube covering print settings and everything related to 3D printers. Personally, when I joined this community, I was hoping for tips on running a 3D printing business — which you also do, and you do it really well! 😁 I just think it's a bit of a shame to spend the platform's potential on covering print settings. 🙂 I know, it's your baby and you do with it whatever you want. 😂 Once again — this is not criticism! 🙂

@Nils Osterhues Phew... I was hoping I'd get that kind of answer! 😁 What interests me is how you run your business — I've been following you on TikTok for a while now and I'm really impressed! 😁 What you've been putting out lately — how to run an Etsy listing, how to take good photos, AI prompts — you're slowly covering everything I need, and I think I'm not the only one who feels that way. 😁 Something that personally interests me a lot is how to reduce shipping costs, because not everyone wants to pay €20 (Deutsche Post) for a package to the UK. Do you use a platform like Sendcloud or something similar? How did you figure out the shipping side of things?

1) Bambu Lab P2S 2) Last year, I treated Etsy as just a hobby and a side project. But seeing all the positive feedback on my products and the requests for new ones, I really want to grow in this direction and take it seriously! 😁 3) Black Forest Germany but I am not German (Poland) 😊 35 years old

Sales platform.
Hey everyone, I'm curious how you sell your products. Which platform works for you and why? 😊 I personally use Etsy — somehow just the sight of those monthly costs on Shopify scares me, and right now I'm not generating enough profit to make those costs worthwhile. So let me know — how does it look for you?

It's hard to choose the path you want to follow — sell what's currently trending or focus on something that brings you joy even if it doesn't sell as well as the hype. 😊 I chose the second path — I design and sell accessories for the IKEA Skådis system. Yes, I know there's a ton of them out there 😁 — however, I haven't found anywhere a complete system where every holder looks the same or similar to each other, creating a unified whole. And that's where I come in 😁 For now I treat it as a side project alongside work and family, but who knows — maybe something will come of it 😊
