Toe tap experiment
Kid has been doing the hover load for a while but found himself popping up a lot. Trying to find more stability he's working in a toe tap and gotten a lot more active on the box trying to get a rhythm with the pitcher. I don't love it but haven't said anything because I want him to have the freedom to find himself. Well, that, and these two swings produced two triples today.

@Aj Arroyo I am seeing that. I think this is going to become more of a problem as pitching gets harder. I think the most he's seeing right now is mid/high-70s and not much movement. When he starts getting beaten by velo (high school next year) we'll have somewhere to go.
🚨 BOMBA ALERT🚨
Haven’t shared in a while but had to come here to post the homer I hit this past weekend. Having easily the best year of my life at age 40 lol. The flat bats have been a legit game changer. I feel slump proof. The tilt shall set you free.

I want to train my player for low-away hitting. We currently only have a Mini and for obvious reasons hitting anything away is really hard if we are not trying to open up the arms. Do we need a fungo to train low-away hitting? And what drills will be good for working those pitches? Show we train to open up some for those low-outsiders?
