It won't help anyone if you pawn all your mistakes on your teammate. I got to GC by consistently training and having a routine. If you don't train or improve as a player you will be still in plat, diamond or champ. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR MISTAKES.

Just a question. How many hours do you have and what rank have you achieved with that playtime?
