25,22,15. My oldest has talked to him some. The other 2 wany nothing to do with him. I need to make a parenting plan but having trouble finding one. He says he wants partial custody but she would be with me 100% of the time. I am out of work due to surgery so dont have a lawyer since I have no income

@Kim Baggett he said he doesn't want to give up his legal rights. I honestly have no idea. It has been so hard. I hate dealing with all of this. But I feel like I need stuff done sooner rather than later. The unknown is hard
