This morning I was wondering if I want to continue to do my count because it isn’t necessary nor required but I have had some enjoyment over the last 3 months counting down 90 days of taking full responsibility for everything in my life. Hi wanted to introduce myself. I’m a Christian adhd business & life coach. I focus a lot on inner healing, identity and parts work and helping others encounter Jesus + hear from God. I was an adhd biz coach for many years and have recently pivoted to the Christian niche and focusing a bit more on inner healing. Excited to be here and connect with other coaches! 🕊️

For years, I’ve focused on giving coaches the best possible training. The frameworks. The methodology. The science behind why people repeat the same patterns and how to break them. And coaches came out of that training feeling confident. They had the knowledge. They had the tools. They believed in the syllabus. And then they went out and tried to get clients. And something happened that I kept seeing over and over again. They struggled to sell themselves. Not because the training wasn't good. But because there's a gap between knowing a methodology and having done it enough times that you believe in yourself at the deepest level. We all know that confidence comes from competence. You don't undercharge because you're not sure you're worth it yet. You've seen what you can do. And that changes everything. I realised that giving coaches the skills was only solving half the problem. The other half was getting them the experience fast enough that the belief could build before they gave up. So I asked a different question. What if instead of training coaches and sending them out to find clients on their own, we just gave them the clients? So that's what we did. We pay for the marketing. We get the clients. We hand them to you to work with under live supervision. Your sessions monitored. Live feedback on them so you know exactly what you're doing well and exactly where the gaps are.
