I currently have 3 college housing units under contract in W Virginia. Looking For Buyers, interested in this beautiful deal. The addresses are 501, 503 & 505 Grant Avenue Morgantown, WV 26505. Asking price is $750,000.00 but there is room for negotiation. These are three separate houses right next to each other, all within walking distance of West Virginia University.
