I work on the side as an AI trainer, so I'm famililar with their rudimentary capabilities outside tightly circumscibed questions. Of my own use, I've been most impressed with Claude's and Chat GPT's conversational and creative support in brainstorming and teasing out writing project ideas. It becomes a practical task-master and ally. From the little I've experienced, I would not be comfortable claiming authorship of even a single sentence written by an AI. On the other hand, the AI's creativity is not entirely its own, since it arises, QBist-style, from the encounter between AI and human. What fascinating times we live in!
